I've seen Apple take back an utterly destroyed iPhone 4 before today. it looked like the guy had thrown it off a wall. so there's always hope.

additionally. Apple cam check for antenna issues. one Apple genius check signal drops and declared that I was getting far too many and replaced.

I know right, no offense to the OP but that is just funny. It decided to bend without breaking the screen or anything... pure awesomeness. I'd def keep it and if I was broke, I'd sell it for a hell lot more than it is worth. A bent iPhone... sweet!

It's deffenietly 100% caused by someone putting the phone in their back pocket and sitting down on it or something similar to that scenario. It is just impossible to happen twice from drops.

Apple probably won't take it back this time.

It is not exactly like that though. The phone still works it just looks weird.... The screen is not coming off either like last time.
