It states on their website that it fits all iPhone 4 models, but I just wanted to make sure.

Also, I thought Apple had a deal where we could get 1 free bumper because of the signal issues, is that still possible? If so, how do I get it?

Yes, that will work with the Verizon iPhone 4.

Free bumper deal is over, that was for phones purchased before a certain date (9/30/2010 I believe).
