I'm using an iphone 4, ios 7.1.2
It was working fine until recently when every time I made a call, it would say "call failed" without appearing to try ringing. I found a fix which was to send *#31# which opens the line and allows it to work. But this works for a few hours - a day at most - and then I have to send that code again.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be and if there's a permanent fix?
