iPhone 4 charging problem!

I am facing this problem a lot these days
I am using original charger that came with the iPhone ,no jailbreak and iOS 6.1.3

Try the usual suspects. Hard reboot or restore. Or let it drain to zero then fully charge again.

I'll try another cable as iTunes told me in a message before this cable isn't original when connected to my pc although it came with the phone when i bought it.
