This is the second iPhone 4 Iv'e had (Last one was defective too)
and I see a black pixel near the YouTube icon & it's driving me nuts.

My FaceTime keeps failing after 1 minute, this is 4.0.2 that I'm on... Suggestions?

If it is a genuine fault then Apple will replace it. I had a dead pixel and it was swapped no issues. They believe in perfection and have great customer service. Rule of thumb is if it is an imperfection then they will replace, if it is a user induced fault then pay £200. Never be afraid to get a phone swapped, they don't bite!

The thing is, I have done it before & they have been pleasant & gave me this iPhone that doesn't work. They probably get so sick of my face because I'm replacing & not getting a good one. I miss my 3GS...
