i've uninstalled and installed the latest iTunes version, plugged in my iPhone 4 and nothing happens. I show my iPhone under devices with a re-charge battery and eject symbol, but to the right all that comes up is a white screen with iPhone in the middle...that's it! Nothing happens after that. I've also restarted my computer. I'm currently running Windows Vista. What's up with this?!?! I want to sync my music but it doesn't let me. Sorry in advance if this is a common post but I'm really frustrated right now...

Thanks for the response.

Try a different USB port.
