iPhone 4 Exchange Question

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'm about to buy an US locked iPhone 4 from eBay with all the warranty papers from Apple included. If I find it has any hardware issue like the yellow screen etc will I be able to get it exchanged from Saudi Arabia? I mean like will the Apple guys ship me a replacement iPhone 4 all the way from US to Saudi? Or will I be able to get it exchanged from the local Apple distributors?
