iPhone 4 from 4.1JB to 4.3 - how to?

I have an iPhone 4 with o2 on 4.1 with a jailbreak. I want to update to 4.3 and remove the jailbreak. What is the safest way to do this? Should I plug into iTunes and download and install the update, or do I need to restore or anything?

Restore don't update and then setup as new.
