iPhone 4 - hard reset = losing jailbreak?

I'm fairl new to the iPhone game and the whole Jailbreak scene, but I'm selling my gf's iPhone 4 which is Jailbroken - my question is this:

Will I lose the Jailbreak if I Rest All Settings to sell the phone? 😕

What do you mean hard reset? Are you talking about pressing "Reset all content & setting" on the phone itself? Don't ever do this with jailbroken phone, it will hang at Apple logo and you will have to restore it.

There is a program in Cydia call Panicroom. See link below where you can use to erase your info on jailbroken Iphone.

If you want to sell it a jailbroken phone, you can either use this method or restore, jailbreak it and set it up as new phone in Itunes.

Sounds easy enough, I'll take this route instead. I don't have the time to reset it, jailbreak it over again.

Good chance an erase all will make a JB phone unusable. Just restore as new and it'll be fine.
