No, this is a well known fact. Apple's web page confirms this.

the iPhone comes in versions with either 16 or 36 GIGABYTES (GB) of flash storage

this is different than the RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM)
which has been confirmed to be 512 MEGABYTES (MB)
