iPhone 4 HD Video Question

Does it record in HD automatically? I tried recording a video, emailed it to myself and then watched in QT. When I went full-screen, it didn't look HD. Is there a setting I can change? I have looked on the phone and can't find it anywhere.

It'd like to know too, it doesn't look very HDish at all

Email kills the video quality because it reduces the size of the file.
You should upload it directly to youtube, or sync it with your iTunes... or is the iTunes syncing an option yet? Haven't tried it yet..But if not, you can sync thru iPhoto or Image Editor.

it was posted earlier that uploading straight to youtube kills 720p. You need to sync with itunes to get the best quality. Apparently.
