iPhone 4 Itunes App disappeared!

hi i have an iphone 4, with software version is 4.3.3 which is the latest to date.

i dont know how or why but my itunes app in the iphone disappeared!

please help me i don't know how to bring it back

by the way i have a 2009 13" macbook pro

You need to be clearer in what you are asking. Did iTunes on your Macbook Pro disappear? Did it just get removed from the Dock? Or did the iPod app disappear from your iPhone? There is no "iTunes" app for the iPhone.

the itunes app on my iphone 4 disappeared, in the iphone you get both ipod and itunes.

i lost the itunes app on my iphone.
my wife has both. so did i in the past
