Iphone 4 - jailbreak and unlock

Got my hands on an Iphone 4, but was told it couldn't be jb or unlocked as of yet.

The os is 4.1 and the baeband is 02.10.04-ICE_2_8

Anyone know if this is in fact true or can it be done untethered?

Yes, you can JB it untethered but you cannot unlock.
