Iphone 4 JAILBROKEN problem WALLPAPER

My homescreen wallpaper is black and i cant seem to change it no matter what i do. Any suggestions

Did you download an app or theme that is blocking wallpaper?
Like Winterboard or anything like that?

Go into Winterboard and uncheck EVERYTHING. See if it works

After you do that, go into Winterboard and check EVERYTHING and see what happens.

Then go into winterboard and check HALF of the things. See what happens.

I think people are trying to tell that you need to provide more info if you want help. What have you installed? can you think of when this started? what have you already tried to resolve the issue.
