iPhone 4 July 14th Deliveries Thread

I ordered from Apple.com Thursday 6/17 at 5:27pm PDT. I'll update when my status changes.

I'm a new AT&T customer and this will be my first iPhone. :eek: They finally got me.

Ordered on the 22nd , kind of glad I didnt get the first batch as Im sure the factory are looking at implenting coating/fix for the antenna issue immediatly as we speak.
 
I pretty much tried all day on the 15th to order one and never got through on the phone or the Apple site. I think I was finally able to order over the phone around 5:30CST. I just checked and the order status, obviously, says not yet shipped. I hoping to just walk into Best Buy or an AT&T store and buy one soon.
 
ordered on 22th. I was consistently getting 'unable to process order...' on the 15th-17th. On the upside I might not get the faulty antenna batch, though I'm not sure the streak of bad luck has ended yet.

I canceled my 24th order because I got mine from apple retail store after short wait in line........ Thanks Mac rumor forums..
 
I called 2 of the 5 closest Apple stores (all are 45 min+ away) but neither had any iphone 4's left. Was thinking of going early tomorrow to whichever had stock instead of waiting. But then again, I should just wait to see what goes down with the antenna issue.
 
ordered on 19th, not yet shipped, of course..
i'm also hoping they will fix the yellow tint, antenna issues in their next batch.. but not so positive, as they are considered "non issues"
 
Ordered mine 6/16 around 11:00pm. I pretty much gave up trying around 11:45pm on the 15th. I figured the Apple site was still down, but to my surprise they were up and running! Made my night! :D

Now, I have to wait for a good few weeks. I hope these weeks go by fast!
 
Ordered mine on the 24th after a failed attempt to get one at an AT&T store, I'm going to try the stores in Vegas on Monday, but if I can't find a 32gb I'll just stick it out until the 14th.
 
I ordered mine after a failed attempt to wait in line on the 24th. It was like 7AM EST. I really wanted a white one in the first place, so I'm hoping it ships closer to the 14th.

Hopefully by then I'll have a concrete date as to when the white iPhone will be available and I can decide whether or not I want to open it or wait a few days switch it out...
 
:apple:Ordered mine on June 17th 8:18pm...I am really hoping those of us with the July 14th ship date get our phones way before then. Wishful thinking? Oh well. I just want my damn iPhone 4 now, regardless of the reception issue. I have a nice black Apple Bumper ready to go on the phone the second I get it out of the box. Hopefully I don't encounter the reception ********* problem!:apple:
 
dang I was hoping for an early delivery, but I ordered on the 21st, and all you guys ordered on the 16th. I'm fairly certain that within the next 3 weeks I could find one at a walk in, but I'm in the school of thought that MAYBE, just MAYBE I will get one with a slight adjustment/fix/correction to the antenna issue. So I WILL wait for mine to come, but, I'm not exactly holding my breath on the fix.

32gb inbound with a delivery of 15-19 Jul

At least I can wait until the white feather case comes out... or HOPEFULLY a white otterbox commuter case.
 
I have mine orderd on the 21 went to the apple store on to see if they have any but no luck hope it ships early like this week maybe :).

Ps this whole attena thing is really overblown it only worked for me if i held it extremely hard.
 
My sister ordered hers on the 16th. It is set for a July 14th ship date.

I ordered mine on the 22nd, also set for a July 14th ship date.

I really hope they are at least prepared for shipment by next week. Im using an old sony ericsson at the moment, and she is using a 1st gen iphone. We both need 4th gen iphones pretty badly. Regardless of whether or not this antenna issue really exist.

If you find one, I'd say grab it. Apple has already stated they consider the antenna thing a non-issue. I seriously doubt they are scrambling to alter the hardware. There's a rumor of a possible software tweak, but that will have the same effect regardless of whether you get your phone tomorrow or next month. I have a feeling the antenna "problem" is somewhat exaggerated anyway.

I can be patient; I placed my order on the 17th and I'll wait for it. (I have a little too much pride to bounce from store to store every morning like a junkie looking for a fix!) But I am also not expecting a hardware redesign 2-3 weeks after launch.
 
Do you think you will be able to walk in to an Apple Store without queueing and buy before 14th July orders ship? I guess it will depend on how important the online apple store is within the company.
 
I ordered on June 24... I keep thinking of canceling the pre-order and making it a in store pick up reservation instead. You think thats a good idea?
 
I ordered mine on June 19th at 7:00pm.

I have ships by July 14th and I really don't mind since I will be on vacation from the 5th to the 12th so I wont be thinking about the phone. I come back and a few days later I'll have a shiny new iphone, or if it ships early it will be waiting for me, even better.
 
In the same boat as you guys, hoping ship by 14th July is just to cover Apples arsed and they will indeed ship earlier!
 
Ditto. i have an order scheduled to ship by the 14th. i ordered on the 17th as i foolishly waited to see what the UK carriers charges were going to be. In hindsight i should have ordered on day one and then cancelled once i knew.

I am hoping these come early, as if i ordered just a few hours earlier i would have gotten delivery on 2nd, i find it hard to believe that they then have a 2 week hole in deliveries.
