Hi, it's possible to use my iPhone 4 from movistar Venezuela with a sim card from AT&T with out jailbreak or gevey sim???
 
If it is locked, you have 2 options:
1. Request Movistar to unlock your phone for you.
2. If they won't unlock it, get the Gevey SIM.
