iPhone 4 No service issue

Sometimes when I travel through an area with no coverage and my signal drops to "no service", it will stay that way even if I reenter an area with coverage. I restart the phone and I'll have a good signal.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Try toggling on and off the airplane mode.
It will instantly search/scan for signal and connect you.
Personally I never experienced it yet.

I have a similar problem, sounds like others have had your problem as well.
