iPhone 4 not syncing purchases?

Hi,

I've bought and downloaded some songs on my iPhone and when attempting to sync them with my Mac I get a message saying that I don't have enough access privileges to do so (See attached screenshot). Anyone know whats going on?

I'm using an iPhone 4 on the latest update 4.2.1 and i'm on Mac OS 10.6.5 with iTunes 10.1 (54)

How many user accounts do you have on your Mac? Try to repair permissions then attempt to sync again.

I've just repaired the permissions and still no luck.
I am the only user on the Mac
