iphone 4 only charging to 97%???

was charging my phone just now and it would only charge to 97% . restarted it and now its charging to 100% minor problem or do i have a bad battery ??? phone is only 3 days old

Keep an eye on the battery. This is the kind of issue that needs to be repeated on a regular basis to really be a problem. If it does happen consistently, take screen shots to show to the genius.
