I have no photos on my iphone as I have deleted them all but it is still showing 3.3 gb used on itunes. Can I free this? Thanks.

Is there any software I can use to find these files and delete them? Thanks

You might have to do a restore.

Before you do the restore as suggested above, you might try a reboot.
