iPhone 4 Porblems: should I get a replacement

Well my iPhone 4's battery is dying a lot quicker, it seems slower than when I got it, and when ever I am connected to my (fast) wifi it goes slower than edge. I even have pages like the NOAA that say they can't even load while on wifi. So should I get a replacement or what should I do? Thank you in advance.

if its really that bad take it back. if its JB & Unlocked you need to correct that before you take it back.
