I just saw a posting where the seller is offering the option of selecting black or white once you win the auction....and that he's already guaranteeing that he will ship it to you once he receives it on the 25th....fishy. But 12 people have bid and it's up to $750. oh! and he claims that it is easily unlocked to be used on any network....

I saw one listing that said Unlocked in the title and the stock description. The very last line was "AT&T ONLY."
