Any advise to get through these problems placing an order. Such as time outs, oopps a mistake, error.. etc

iPhone 4 Pre Order Problems

I;ve gotten to that part, and then when I check out, after a bit I get ooops there was an error with your order, or something along those lines
I was able to order one - up until the order confirmation - but then i realized the shipping address had to be changed with AT&T so i could have it shipped to my house. After I started over, I was never able to get passed adding it to my cart!!!

I had read something about not being able to use a debit card with ATT's order. Is this true? anyone with any experience that would say otherwise?
I'd rather too, but that seems my best option at this point since there's no pre-ordering white iPhones.
What a frustrating experience!
Multiple times on the Apple site only to be stuck in the "infinite Loop" of PROCESSING! Finally getting through only to see that the order didn't reflect my upgrade status...starting again from scratch...NOT a happy camper.

That's all that shows up for me as well. This has been far less than a pleasant experience...
