iPhone 4 purchase help

So I'm on a family plan and want to get two iPhone 4. I plan on adding a line and upgrading another line. I'll bring my brother and I to the Apple store since I am the account holder and he is the new line. Can I do this since it is technically, one per person.

Unless you and your bro are not joined at the hip and are infact seperate entities, you won't have any problems.

Yes we are separate haha. I read AT&T's press release and thought it's the same as Apple's but it isn't.
