iPhone 4 Reservation - E-Mail

Did you guys receive an email confirmation after reserving an iPhone 4?
How long did it take for it to get sent to your email?

I havent received mine after 30 minutes.
 
I reserved from Apple about an hour ago. I got the e-mail 15 minutes after I reserved. I'm going to bring it with me next week...just in case.

Can we change the rate plans in store?
 
I ordered about 3:45 and did not get my email until 7:59pm. Don't give up hope. They are probably just swamped and processing as quickly as they can.
 
ordered at 6:37 am and got the confirmation email at 7:08 pm
 
I think if you only RESERVED for pickup, you don't get a confirmation email.

If you PRE-ORDERED to have it shipped, you got an email.

Can anyone confirm this?

I reserved mine, and I got an email. It says to be there at 7AM on the 24th
 
I only "reserved" , and I got an email within an hour of reserving ( 11:00am MST) via Apple Store app.

( I was going to pre-order, it kept sending me to reserve option, so I choose that).
 
I ordered from AT&T at 5:30AM CST and I did not received an e-mail. I didn't get one with the 3GS either, but my wife still got it on launch day. In fact, the receipt I printed out after I completed my order with Ma Bell says nothing about them sending me an e-mail of any kind. The confirmation letter says everything an e-mail would say anyway.

You should still get an Email either way. I'm getting it shipped and haven't got an email, but I know some people who are picking it up have got an email. Its all screwed up.

I am not thinking that is the case. I pre-ordered mine and I have not gotten an e-mail.

Nah, you get an email when you reserve online for a store pickup.
 
I got my Reservation e-mail at 10:46a CT this morning... I'm printing the thing out when I go sit at the Apple Store at 5am too ;)

When you are waiting in-line, the employees will ask for your email address and check you off of their system. Then when you're inside, they will set you up on iTunes with the rate plan you want, how many lines, etc.

Save the trees :)

Nope. I reserved (not preordered) at about 1:30 EDT and got the confirmation email roughly 5 minutes later.

The only pre-orders I have seen get an email are those who might be in the "oops" zone when AT&T ran out of phones. It may be a day or two before those people find out when they are getting their phone. No other pre-order has gotten an email from what I have seen. But, again, I didn't get one when 3GS launched either and I got it on time.
 
I reserved early this morning but haven't received an e- mail. The Apple system says I can't reserve a second iPhone so I guess it will he waiting for me at the store. ... :confused:
 
When I was pre-ordering/reserving ( the pre-ordering page took me to reserve option from Apple Store app), the price shown is $199 for 16gig But I am not eligible for that price till 02/2011.

I guess when I am going to purchase on 24th, I have to pay $399. There is no price information in the email.
 
You should get an email either way. I preordered about 8:30 PM. Got an email confirmation about 9:00. Yaaaaaayyyyyyy Delivery set for 6/24. :D

Thank you! Sounds good. Now, I can go to bed peacefully. Lol. I'm just not going to be prepared for that line.
