I ordered mine at 1:30am and I still have not received an email, I did call at&t to confirm purchase since I did not get the confirmation screen either. The only way I knew the process went through was the money was taken out of my account. So the rep gave me the order number and the PO/Order ID so I would have some sort of info on my purchase other than just my bank account.

Nope. I reserved (not preordered) at about 1:30 EDT and got the confirmation email roughly 5 minutes later.
Been trying this app all day...it kept crashing on me. Finally went into an Apple store after work and within 5min I had mine reserved.
I'm thinking those who were logged in to their Apple ID when they reserved got the email, but those who weren't (like me) didn't.
My confirmation screen said all the same things that email says, though, so I'm not really worried.
They wouldn't actually have my email address since I didn't enter it at any point, and I wasn't logged in.
