iphone 4 restore 21 error

Hi all

i recently replaced the screen on my iphone 4.

It all turned on fine and i was using it untill i let the battery run down and it died.

then it started a load up loop. going to the apple logo then off again.

so i plugged it into the computer and did a restore.

in the restore i get error 21 :/

sounds like you have to change your source from Cydia to Apple

was it jailbroken?
