iPhone 4 Return policy?

I was wondering how long we have before we can return our iphones (i've heard 30 days, which sounds right)

If the white iphone 4 comes out within the 30 days of me buying my current iphone 4 would i be able to swap phones?

What about restocking fee?

You have to pay the 10% restocking fee if the product is non-defective. If you have a legitimate hardware problem, then you could probably argue your way into getting the restocking fee excused.
