iPhone 4 ringtone question

I recieved some free ringtones by text message. How can I move them from messages to sounds so I can select one of them as a ringtone?
I can listen to them but can't do anything else.
This is a IPhone 4.

You cannot do it on the phone.
You will have to transfer them to your computer and itunes library and then sync them as ringtones to your phone.

You can either email or save to camera roll that file and then transfer it to your computer.
Then import it into your itunes library, plug you iphone on itunes, choose the ringtones tab and check the box and click sync.
