Rumors* are that apple will be launching cheaper phone version. Also given that unlocked phone are now officially available - this will probably affect secondary market.

YouR best best is to take a look at eBay to get an idea of what they're selling for. Taking a look at Craigslist in your area wouldn't hurt either, and in many cases is actually better because you avoid all the fees that are associated with selling items on eBay!

It's only worth what the highest bidder is willing to pay, but I'd guess you should fetch over $400 quite easily.
