iPhone 4 shows black camera after slow start

Hi,
I have seen a brand new iPhone 4, now the camera app is slow to open the shutter and then a black image is shown?

Is this a hardware issue?

A complete reset has made, then the camera works for a few hours and then it fails again.

front or back camera?

The problem only happen in the back camera. The front camera, facing the user, works fine.

The telecom changed the iPhone. Now there is a problem with answering a call. Very odd, I think there may be a problem with the SIM card.
