iPhone 4 slower than iPhone 3g loading video over wifi

Just like the title says. My iPhone 4 loads video slower over wifi than my old 3g does over wifi. I am jailbroken and I haven't tested it before the jailbreak.

Any ideas?

Restore, test it while not jailbroken, rejailbreak and test again?
