iPhone 4 speed with iOS 5 on AT&T

I installed iOS 5 on my iPhone 4 today and then visited the Speedtest.net web site to check out the phone speed. I was surprised to discover the download speed to be at 22 Mbps which is more than double what it was previously as well as double the speed of my 802.11 N wireless network on a Docsis 3 cable modem with a 30 Mbps account.

Let's see some pics. Seeing as how the iPhone 4 only has 7.2Mbps HSDPA, that's pretty impossible. I'm guessing it's over WiFi.
