iPhone 4 still having bluetooth issues?

I was looking to get a new bluetooth headset for my iP4 but I'm seeing lots of reviewers state they're having issues with the iP4 that they didn't have previously. I notice a lot of these reviews are prior to the recent software update so I'm hoping that's not hte case anymore?

Also, I'm debating between a Jawbone and the Plantronics Voyager. Anyone have experience with either?

I have a set of Motorola headphones and since the ios 4.1 update they have been working perfectly.
