iphone 4 stuck in DFU loop

please help..my phone is stuck in a DFU loop, rebooting wont work, tiny umbrella wont launch on win7...recboot does nothing....

and when i tried to restore it to 4.3.5/5 it said error 3200....my phone is 100% bricked
