My Iphone 4 stuck on recovery mode

I'm sharing my solution to the problem.

when I was trying to restore my Iphone 4, itune give me an error 1013 then my phone stuck on recovery mode

I went in windows and open that path

c:/Windows/system32/driver/etc .... and open the file "Host" in notepad

then I delete the bottom line of the page u will find something like

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.gs.apple.com when you delete that dont forget to SAVE.

then go back to itune 10.2.1 and try to restore your iphone use the firmware

you want 4.3.1, 4.3, 4.2.1, 4.2, 4.1, 4.0

I restore mine with the firmware 4.3.1 and jailbreak my phone with

redsn0w windows0.9.6rc12 and I install cydia and unlock it by adding the

source of ultrasn0w.

now my iphone 4 is working like a charm.

hopefully will help.

thanks for reading.

WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP

In order to recover iPhone data after iPhone stuck in recovery mode, you can follow the steps below to have a try!
Connect your device to your computer.
Make sure iTunes is running and all necessary drivers are installed. During the following process ignore any messages from iTunes. There is no need to click on any messages that might appear.
Do a reset by pressing and holding both home and power buttons for several seconds.
As soon as it resets (screen goes black), immediately release both buttons.
Immediately press and hold the power button again.
Wait until you see the Apple logo plus one second longer.
Now press additionally the home button (still don't let go of the power button).
Wait until the screen disappears (gets black) plus one second longer.
Now release the power button, but keep pressing the home button.
Wait until you hear a "connected" sound from iTunes.
You should now be in DFU mode and your screen should be black. If you see the USB logo instead, try again.

Hope it can help you!
