iPhone 4 Tethering Questions.

Yeah I don't know I guess its not a pain. But hey I got an idea a minute ago. Could I buy an iPhone from appl without a plan with ATT? Cause if so I can jsut use my SIM card from my old phone for the iPhone then just get the data plan later with that guide you posted. is that possible? oorrrr I can buy your iPhone and you can get another?

No they are locked to AT&T in the US when you buy one and far as i know nobody has come up with a unlock for IOS 4 so they make you buy them with a plan, unless you have it shipped from another country and at that point you are spending way more

the unlimited is tied to the billing account not just the phone...besides its really not that hard to just do it yourself and not be lazy.

you are a student and surf the net "bored" for 3-4 hours per day AND play xbox live 5 hours a day? You have up to 9 hours of time to waste in front of a screen per day?

What you need to do is go outside.

Or use that time to to get really good at guitar....because we all know that guitar playing attracts the ladies....and any hot chick worth keeping around also serves as a Wifi hotspot as we all know....two birds with one stone....well i guess it's one bird with one stone, but then you gain a hot girl in the process

A while ago I used to surf on my phone for about 1-4 hours a day. (More in the Winter) A little YouTube, a little blog reading, read some news. I had a 500MB plan, and used that up in 2 weeks. You can gauge from that.
