iphone 4 Text sending issue

    I am unable to send a text message. Is anyone having this issue? The sending bar shows that its sending but it continuously stops at the same point unable to complete the send. Pictures and video coming soon.

    a friend of mine has complaints of not being able to send, specifically, MMS
