i don't see this one anywhere this theme is available. Is this the one that someone said they were CHARGING for?

Actually, there are several posts with themes in that thread. I know this because I posted my theme there.

I think there aren't many people posting/installing themes right now because of the lack of hi-res icons for Retina display.
