I got a iphone 4 running on 4.0.2, and 01.59.00 baseband. Is there a way for me to jailbreak so i can get it unlock?

Do NOT plug into itunes and update to the latest version.
Get redsn0w to jb and install ultrasn0w from cydia to unlock

Yes, you can both JB it and unlock using ultrasnow.
Just make sure you dont "accidentally" update it cause you will lose both the unlock and the untethered JB.
