iPhone iPhone 4 upgrade to iOS 6, need to recover lost notes.

Upgraded to iOS 6 this morning and lost some but not all of my notes. 🙁 Have iPhone 4 (no Siri.) Made the grave mistake of not backing up to my MacBook Pro before upgrading. Is there any way to recover my lost notes? 😕
