Dumb question is there a processor speed comparison?
Will the iPhone 4 be much quicker than the 3GS?
I assume the 3G network speeds won't change

We don't know as we don't know what clock the A4 inside the iPhone is at.

most likely it will be a tad faster. Not the same difference as 3g to 3gs though.
The 3gs is already a speedy phone.

Actually if you look at the benchmarks of the A4 vs the 3GS provided by Anandtech, you'll see the A4 is about 2x as fast...just like the 3GS was 2x as fast as the 3G.

Whether or not the A4 is clocked at 1GHz is still TBD, but we know if it is we'll see about the iPhone 4 is about twice as fast as the 3GS.

Thanks all, I guess that's why I couldn't find any speed comparisons

yes your right but the 3gs in general wasn't slow at opening apps, so the difference still would be less. The biggest difference will be in multitasking and web browsing.
