It's not a Cydia Lockscreen theme. I beleive it's a dBar theme. If it's not dBar it should be in the iPhone Hack-post your screenshot part 2.

Lockscreen is called Blink. Then find the wallpaper and you're set.

What do you guys suggest a lock screen combination to go with the blueprint homescreen ?

Perhaps a blue-ish theme? Any suggestions would be helpful

Odd request but can somebody please mirror this left to right and maintain the quality? I use a lock screen widget that goes on the right side of the screen that would look sick with this.
