If I move her, the second row of icons will do the same. Think about using this as lockscreen or alternatively (if jailbroken) use a utility that allows you to place icons anywhere and leave rows empty.

sorry, I cannot do this for all the sports teams. It's easy enough to do it yourself. Just use the background template, add a logo, resize, place where you want it, and apply 25% or so opacity.

Yes, mine is jailbroken with gridlock. So my icons are mainly placed on the first row and the 5th row so that most of my wallpaper can be seen.
