I have already explained to you that your requests cannot be filled if the images you provide are as small as they are. If you don't care about retina resolution, just load them to your iphone and scale them up. So again, only request images that are larger than 640x960 if you want us to fill them.

Here's the best I could do to recreate it. The text and background is all one layer so I can't pull the exact background unless someone here with better photoshop skills that me can do it.
