Can someone actually remake this image into a wallpaper. Not just resizing it, but actually making the image so that the borders of the phone act as the picture frame

I took a stab at creating it. I couldn't find the same font though. This is what I came up with:

I found this wallpapers somewhere (I can't remember now where) and I cropped them to fit 4/4S resolution.
I also added the blurred version if you want to have a more clear home screen.
