Would anyone be able to format this picture for the iPhone 4S retina display? I don't have photoshop, and I also have no idea how to use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I don't want those brownish bars on the side - just the picture.

Great effort, but the picture is clipped at both ends. Is this because of the resolution? Dang, I might have to find another picture because that will definitely irk me.

I hate being so goddamn OCD. I searched every iPhone wallpaper on interfacelift and didn't find a single one that I liked!

Well, the image you posted is square and the iPhone's screen definitely is not. So, either you can crop the image or you can smash it into the iPhone's screen (which would look even worse IMO).

soz like already said it's a square image on a rectangle screen it's not going to be possible to fit the full image I just cropped it near the centre of image
 
This is a little OT, I didn't want to make a new thread just for this, but can anyone tell me what the icon for 1,2,3AM means? I know it's probably not snow, but is it a starry night or something? Help would be appreciated!

It's either fireflies stuck in some bluish-black thing... Or, far more likely, balls of gas burning billions of miles away.

I think that's a default for "clear weather" during the night.
 
Does anybody have this in retina quality?

OK, I am really confused. Rain/sleet in San Diego? Maybe the end of the world really is near.
