Hi, I've been looking for a wallpaper for my local football (soccer) team, Cardiff City FC.

I used the exact same PSD file for all the wood wallpapers (it's got around 300-400 layers in it now) and it has guides set so I know where the center is.

"Ctrl-;" to show the guides (if they're off)
"Ctrl-T" with the logo layer selected gives you the transform option (which will show the center)
Then I just use the arrow keys to align it exactly with the center. Usually I only focus on the horizontal alignment. For the vertical alignment I have a layer I lay over the top at about 25% opacity which shows me where the bars (time and slider) are on the iPhone lockscreen. I then use this to align vertically so it looks the best once it's on the phone.

The smaller ole miss logo (on the T-Shirt) is hard to work with; someone else may be able to do you good on it.

Also, the smaller Kayak Fishing Logo needed to be enlarged a bit (IMHO), and that's usually detrimental to the result of said image. But I suppose it's somewhat decent. Judge for yourself, I really don't have the artistic flair which many around these parts possess.
