Yep same rules as above with US. Just take the UK out of the link. You don't need documentation here either 🙂
Warranty Service is done at Apple Stores (or AppleCare telephone support), not ATT.
If you're going to the store, make sure to make a free online reservation first. If you walk in without one, it can take a lot longer!
