iPhone 4 won't send or receive sms

My girlfriend and I both got new iPhones on my plan this past weekend. Hers is sending and receiving texts but mine won't at all. I tried resetting all settings. Any suggestions?

Restore the entire phone. If that doesn't work, time to take it to AT&T (or whoever your service provider is).

Plug in the phone and select "Restore" from iTunes. Do not restore from a backup.

I got it from radio shack. Can they help me if I take it back there or should I take it to att?

happend to me too, I called att and they said their system glitched and added a block sms. Check with them
